At His Serving Hands with Kelly Savage, we want every resource, product, and purchase to be handled with care, clarity, and integrity. We are grateful that you have chosen to shop with us, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Please review our return and refund policy below before completing your order.

Physical Products

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Digital Products, Downloads & Audio Resources

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital sales are final once the product has been delivered or made available for access, except where otherwise required by law.

This includes downloadable resources, printable materials, podcast companion guides, workbooks, PDFs, Bible studies, digital journals, audio affirmations, guided audio resources, and other instant-access digital products.

If you experience a technical problem receiving, accessing, or downloading your purchase, please contact us. We will gladly work with you to make sure you receive access to the product you purchased.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law or the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the following are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital downloads and printable resources

• Audio and other digital products

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Gift cards

• Items specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase

• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Items returned outside the applicable return period

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want to make things right if there is a problem with your order.

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and, when possible, photographs showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will review the information and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once an approved returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.  If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible physical product, please contact us before returning the item.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, exchanges are subject to product availability.
