Return & Refund Policy

At His Serving Hands with Kelly Savage, we want every resource, product, and purchase to be handled with care, clarity, and integrity. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

Physical Products

Physical products may be eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Digital Products, Downloads & Audio Resources

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, printable companion guides, audio affirmations, workbooks, PDFs, and other instant-access materials, all digital sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue receiving or downloading your digital product, please contact us and we will gladly help make sure you receive access to your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Digital downloads

  • Printable resources

  • Audio products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards, if applicable

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or returned outside the return window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible physical item for a different product, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
